"Can't complain about service,communication or fast post as they were all excellent. The product however was a disappointment. It is extremely flimsy so any slightest movement moves the discs ,rendering the whole thing useless unless it is left flat. The point was for my 9 year old to be able to take it with him. He is just so frustrated with it. Tried to tighten but doesn't work. Sorry, can't recommend it. Also cam get cheaper elsewhere if this is what you are wanting."
