Ordering Guide For Teachers and School Teams

Did you know that our therapy team has worked extensively in and with schools for over 20 years? We understand that you need ordering to be quick, easy and fuss-free, so that you can focus on what's important - teaching and learning!

Whether you're a teacher, therapist, Education Support Team Member or part of a school leadership team, we’ve made it simple for you to order the sensory tools and special needs resources your students need.

How to Place a School Order

  1. Add Items to Your Cart
  2. Go to Checkout
  3. Choose "Pay by Invoice" (for Schools / Businesses / Organisations Only).This is available to Australian schools and educational organisations only.
  4. Enter your details and please ensure you use a work email address
    Please include the following:
    • School name (to help the Postie find you!)
    • Purchase order number (if applicable - we don't need it, but please leave the number in the notes section if you'd like it to appear on your invoice)
    • Billing details (if different to delivery)
  5. Submit Your Order
  6. Once submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We’ll process and ship your order promptly, and email the invoice to your school. It's as easy as that!

Payment Terms for Schools

  • We offer 14-day payment terms for schools (no account required)
  • Invoices can be paid via bank transfer or credit card
  • Please ensure payment is made within 14 days of receiving the invoice. We will send you a reminder if it's late

Note: Orders will be dispatched promptly, no need to wait for payment first!

Can any school use invoice ordering?
Yes, all Australian schools and educational institutions are eligible for invoice ordering with 14-day terms. No accounts or company cards required. Just fill your cart and check out using the invoice option.

Do I need a purchase order number?
No, we do not require a purchase order number. Some schools require a PO number on invoices though, so to save time please include this in notes at checkout if you need it for payment processing. Please do not send us a copy of the PO if you are placing an order online; this is likely to result in a duplicate order being placed.
