Therapist Tip:

Be careful not to over-inflate to where the disc becomes a dome shape, as movement benefits will be restricted. Movement is also not possible when it is too flat (like a pancake).

How to use a wobble cushion

To gain benefit from the cushion all you need to do is sit on it, stand on it or even lie on it. Place in on a chair, on the floor or wherever its needed to suit the activity. The design of the cushion helps you to wiggle and wobble to get the movement you need to self-regulate and remain calm and focussed. 

How to deflate a wobble cushion

Our cushions come with a small, easy to use handpump that can be used for quick deflation or inflation. The trick is to not let it get too flat like a pancake, but also not to pump it up too much so its hard and too full of air to offer much movement.
