A product with tracking marked 'Sent From The Supplier' means that it has been ordered and dispatched directly from our supplier due to the bulky size of the item.

Our Suppliers are all based in Australia, so delivery times are usually short and we will give you an indication of typical Estimated Time of Arrival when we let you know it's on it's way. If there are any unexpected issues or delays we will reach out to advise you.

If your item has not arrived within the specified range, please contact us and we will assist you with an update regarding delivery by liaising with our supplier on your behalf.
