Thread Pick ‘Em Stack - 3 Picking & Hair Pulling Supports

Our Thread Pick ‘Em Stacks are designed specifically for individuals who enjoy the feeling of “extraction,” these discs offer a deeply satisfying, safe alternative to pulling hair, picking skin, or engaging in other body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs).

During development, testers were surprised by just how long each disc takes to “complete” and how immersive, focused, and calming it made them feel. 

They can be used as a refill for our Pick 'Em Starter Set, or as a standalone with your own tweezers.

Each disc contains different fibres and levels of resistance for a varied sensory experience. Many users describe the process as “highly addictive,” and “incredibly calming.”

Product Details

Disc 1: Dual Fibres (Polyester Thread + Japanese Nylon Fishing Line)

• Designed to mimic the feeling of pulling out hair.
• Two fibres create two distinct “tug” levels
• Polyester thread may fray or break during extraction, adding to the realistic “must get it ALL out” sensation
• Nylon fishing line gives a sensation similar to removing an ingrown hair
• Running your fingers over the sides lets you feel the nylon ends feels similar to tiny hairs

Disc 2: Rainbow Polyester Cord

• Offers firm resistance and a strong, noticeable “pull”
• Leaves the most visible “hole” once the fibres are removed
• Great for users who seek higher-intensity sensory feedback

Disc 3: Fine Nail-Art Threads

• Lower resistance but more challenge
• Threads are finer and more prone to breaking
• Requires greater digging, focus, and effort
• Ideal for individuals who enjoy meticulous, slow extraction
