Picking, Popping & Hair Pulling Support Set

The Pick ’Em Starter Set is a picking, popping & hair pulling support set designed for anyone who loves the feeling of “extraction” or who struggles with hair-pulling, skin-picking, nail-picking or other BFRB behaviours. The process of digging, tugging, pulling and popping is incredibly immersive, and many users describe it as calming, mindful and surprisingly hard to stop.

This set provides a safe, controlled way to meet that sensory need while supporting emotional regulation and reducing harm.

The Pick 'Em discs take a long time to fully pick, however they are single-use. Use our Pick 'Em Stacks as a refill when you finish your starter discs, or alternatively, select the clear putty bundle to include a reusable Clear Put 'Em Putty (also sold separately).

3. Two Precision Tweezers

• High-quality 403 chromium stainless steel
• One pointed tip + one pointed slant tip
• Designed specifically for fibre and stone extraction

Safety & Specifications

• Pad size: 60mm × 10mm
• Materials: Stainless steel, silicone, natural stone, nylon, polyester
• Not suitable for individuals sensitive to holes or patterns (trypophobia), the discs show holes after fibres / stones are removed
• Silicone discs must not be reheated
• Reusable silicone was intentionally avoided due to safety risks when reheated
• Contains small parts: recommended for ages 8+ developmental age
• Tweezers are sharp and must only be used as intended
