The Pick ’Em Starter Set is designed for anyone who loves the feeling of “extraction” or who struggles with hair-pulling, skin-picking, nail-picking or other BFRB behaviours. The process of digging, tugging, pulling and popping is incredibly immersive, and many users describe it as calming, mindful and surprisingly hard to stop!

This set provides a safe, controlled way to meet that sensory need while supporting emotional regulation and reducing harm.

Use our Thread Pick ‘Em Stack as a refill when you finish your starter discs.

• Polyester threads + Japanese nylon fishing line

• Threads may fray or break for extra “must get it all out” satisfaction

2. Stone Pick ’Em Disc

• Smooth natural stones to pop, pick or extract with tweezers
• Can be kept and reused (e.g., display bowl, candle topping)

3. Two Precision Tweezers

• High-quality 403 chromium stainless steel
• One pointed tip + one pointed slant tip
• Designed specifically for fibre and stone extraction
• Sharp: use with care (see safety below)

4. Teal Spikeyring Silicone Picking Pad

• Flexible textured silicone
• Ongoing safe picking and sensory input
• Can be added to a keyring

Safety & Specifications

• Pad size: 60mm × 10mm
• Materials: Stainless steel, silicone, natural stone, nylon, polyester
• Not suitable for individuals sensitive to holes or patterns (trypophobia), the discs show holes after fibres/stones are removed
• Silicone discs must not be reheated
• Reusable silicone was intentionally avoided due to safety risks when reheated
• Contains small parts: recommended for ages 8+ developmental age
• Tweezers are sharp and must only be used as intended
